YOGA UPDATE 🌿

You may have seen me share my yoga classes before, but as Willow & Wren continues to grow, I wanted to reintroduce the classes and share a little more about what’s new! 👀

At the heart of Willow & Wren is the belief that women deserve a nurturing space to move, breathe, rest and reconnect with themselves — through all the different seasons of life.

So, alongside Bloom Pregnancy Yoga and Rise Mum & Baby Yoga, I’m excited to be expanding Restore into something broader…

RESTORE — Women’s Wellbeing Yoga

A nurturing space to move, restore and reconnect with yourself.

Restore will now welcome women through a wider range of experiences and life stages, with sessions exploring themes around menstrual wellbeing, fertility & TTC, postnatal recovery, perimenopause and menopause, as well as general relaxation, strength, mobility and wellbeing.

And for my existing mamas — you absolutely still belong here. 🤍

If you’ve been coming to Restore as a postnatal mama, that hasn’t changed. Restore continues to be a supportive space to reconnect with your body, rebuild strength and take some much-needed time for yourself after birth.

Bloom Pregnancy Yoga remains unchanged, offering gentle movement, strength, space and rest throughout pregnancy.

And Rise Mum & Baby Yoga also remains unchanged, continuing to offer a relaxed, baby-friendly space to move, connect and enjoy some quality bonding together.

While each class has its own focus, no two sessions need to look exactly the same. Classes will always be thoughtfully shaped around the women in the room — their stage of life, energy, needs and experience — with options and adaptations offered throughout.

Because your body isn’t the same every week, and your practice doesn’t need to be either. 🌿

This is the next chapter of Willow & Wren:

✨ I’M A FINALIST! ✨

I’m so incredibly proud to share that I’m one of 9 finalists in the Health, Beauty & Wellbeing category at the Female Business Awards 2026! 🥹🤍

Moments like this remind me just how far Willow & Wren has come and I’m here not just for me and my business, but for ALL women, particularly those of you also running your own business. It’s a tough game but we are SUPERWOMEN! 🔥

I’ve been invited to the Awards Gala Evening in October, where the winners for each category will be revealed! 🥂✨

To say I’m excited is an understatement… I can’t wait for a night off, to get dressed up, celebrate with an amazing room full of inspiring women, and my husband (Mr W&W- who’s birthday it also is on that day!) and find out what happens! 🥹

Whatever the outcome, being named a finalist is already an honour — and I’m so grateful to everyone who has supported me, believed in me and been part of this journey. 🤍
