🌸 Exciting Changes to Our Ladies Friendship Group! 🌸

We’ve listened to feedback and are making some positive changes to our Ladies Friendship Group to make it more accessible for everyone 💜

Instead of running weekly on Friday mornings, the group will now take place once per month in the evening, giving more women the opportunity to attend.

✨ New Format:
📅 Last Friday of every month
🗓 Starting 27th March 2026
🍽 FREE meal and a drink provided

This relaxed and welcoming space will continue to focus on tackling loneliness, social isolation, and supporting mental wellbeing, just at a time that works better for more people.

As always, there’s no pressure and no judgement, just a safe space to connect, talk, listen, and belong.

We’d love to see both familiar faces and new ones join us for this next chapter 💜
