Ear Clear Nurses is growing!

We’re planning ahead for our continued expansion and would love to hear from healthcare professionals who may be interested in joining our team and training to become an Ear Wax Removal Practitioner.

We are particularly interested in hearing from:

💜 Audiologists
💜 Registered Nurses
💜 Healthcare Assistants
💜 Other applicants with relevant healthcare experience

You do not need previous ear wax removal experience – full specialist training will be provided over approximately 3 months, including supervised hands-on clinical experience.

Training will include:

• Ear health assessment and otoscopy
• Microsuction techniques
• Safe use of specialist ear-care equipment
• Infection prevention and clinical safety
• Patient care and communication
• Supervised practical experience

Once fully trained, the role will involve working across our Cleveleys and St Anne’s clinics, with occasional home visits across the Fylde Coast.

We’d particularly welcome applications from people based in or around St Anne’s, Lytham, Blackpool or the wider Fylde Coast who can easily travel between our locations.

We’re looking for someone who is:

💜 Professional and reliable
💜 Keen to learn and develop new clinical skills
💜 Comfortable working independently once fully trained
💜 Interested in growing with a developing local healthcare business
💜 Able to travel between our clinics and undertake occasional home visits

🚗 Access to reliable transport is essential.

This is currently an expression of interest for a future position, so it could be ideal for someone who isn't looking to leave their current role immediately but would be interested in exploring a new opportunity with us.
