I thought it was time to introduce the person behind the nutrition advice!

Outside of work, I'm a dog mum to a very cheeky sprocker spaniel whose hobbies include chasing tennis balls, stealing socks, and conducting thorough handbag inspections in search of tissues. If you ever visit my house, consider yourself warned!

I'm also a parent to a teenage son... and I think anyone with teenagers knows that sentence probably needs no further explanation.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me outdoors. I love walking, exploring new places, camping holidays, and spending time in nature. I'm also a fan of outdoor swimming, although I should confess I'm definitely more of a fair-weather swimmer than an ice-bath enthusiast, though I have given that ago on a couple of occasions.

I love travelling and discovering somewhere new, whether that's a far-flung destination or a hidden gem closer to home.

I also share an allotment, although if I'm being completely honest, I seem to have much more success growing weeds than vegetables. I'm still hopeful that one day my gardening skills will catch up with my enthusiasm.

Amazing day at Woman Who Awards 2026. Inspired and motivated by all those women in the room today. This was my first time attending the awards and it was a beautiful day. I met so many incredible women.

Last year I completed, the Nutritional Therapy for Eating Disorder: Advance Practitioner Program with the . Sadly I wasn’t able to celebrate the achievement at the time. I was in the middle of caring for my Dad in the last weeks of his life.

I’m now in a different place and able to reflect on last year’s accomplishments and quietly celebrate what I learned. I loved learning more about the psychology of eating, the binging, the restricting and the control or lack of it we have. Food psychology is complicated. I’m now excited to share I’m now in a place of integrating my knowledge into my practice.
