Join us as we celebrate the opening of A Blissful Balance – a beautiful new women’s wellness space in the heart of Wellesbourne.

Whether you’re already part of our community or discovering us for the first time, we’d love to welcome you. This is your opportunity to explore our new space, meet our wonderful team of therapists and discover the treatments and wellbeing services available under one roof.

Throughout the day, you’ll have the chance to experience mini treatments, meet our therapists, browse a selection of wellness stallholders, enter our launch raffle and take advantage of exclusive launch-day offers. If you book an appointment during the event, you’ll receive either 10% off your booking or a complimentary treatment upgrade, depending on the individual therapist’s launch offer.

The first 50 visitors will receive a complimentary goodie bag, and we’ll be serving Prosecco and Nozeco throughout the day as we celebrate this exciting new chapter.

A Blissful Balance has been created as more than just a place to book a treatment. It’s a welcoming women’s wellness space designed to bring together experienced, independent therapists who are passionate about helping women prioritise their wellbeing. Our vision is to create a calm, supportive environment where women can discover trusted professionals, enjoy exceptional treatments and feel part of a community that puts their wellbeing first.

I’ve had the most incredible day with Sarah Haywood Photography for a Brand shoot. She was incredible at making me feel relaxed. I’m don’t consider myself to be photogenic and I’m a bit uncomfortable seeing my photos but honestly she is brilliant.

I thought it was time to introduce the person behind the nutrition advice!

Outside of work, I'm a dog mum to a very cheeky sprocker spaniel whose hobbies include chasing tennis balls, stealing socks, and conducting thorough handbag inspections in search of tissues. If you ever visit my house, consider yourself warned!

I'm also a parent to a teenage son... and I think anyone with teenagers knows that sentence probably needs no further explanation.

When I'm not working with clients, you'll usually find me outdoors. I love walking, exploring new places, camping holidays, and spending time in nature. I'm also a fan of outdoor swimming, although I should confess I'm definitely more of a fair-weather swimmer than an ice-bath enthusiast, though I have given that ago on a couple of occasions.

I love travelling and discovering somewhere new, whether that's a far-flung destination or a hidden gem closer to home.

I also share an allotment, although if I'm being completely honest, I seem to have much more success growing weeds than vegetables. I'm still hopeful that one day my gardening skills will catch up with my enthusiasm.
