Did you know that Lakeside Medical Centre provides you with FREE access to a Health and Wellbeing Coach? You can have up to 6 sessions for free with our Health and Wellbeing Coach, Sarah. She will help you to identify what matters to you most, the changes you want to make for your own health and wellbeing, and break them down into achievable chunks.

📧Email [email protected] with your name, date of birth, practice name, and a brief description of the support needed.
📞 Confact the surgery and ask to book a telephone consultation with the Health and Wellbeing Coach.

If it's happening to you, or you're worried about someone else, help is available. And you don’t have to wait for an emergency to get help.

Find out how to get support, and spot the signs of domestic violence.
