Finally got my hands on this beauty 🙌 😍
Sprite chill .... yummy on its own .... but with lots of ice a spring of mint and a wedge of lime its a delicious Mocktail 🍸 pretty close to a mojito 😋

I'm as passionate about slimming world and the difference it can make just as much now as when I started 25 years ago!!!

I've seen so many people over the years transform their lives, not just with weight loss, but in all sorts of ways.... ive seen people go from no exercise to running marathons (though you dont have to go that far 😅), from no confidence to full of confidence, not just in how they look but how they feel in themselves and how they interact with others, from having no confidence in the kitchen to being the first to invite people over to dinner (though im full of ideas if you cant cook, won't cook, or love a 'ping' food for convenience too 😍) ...... ive seen many people reverse health conditions such as diabetes, high blood pressure and high cholesterol too..... but one of the things I have loved most about my Slimming World groups is the communities we build, the friendships ive seen build.....as well as the ones ive made over the years too 🥰

Tell us what you love about being a group member ...... our groups are so much more than somewhere to get weighed in..... they are places of support, friendship, community.... somewhere that you can discover things about yourself, learn that you are not alone in the way you feel, and get real practical and emotional support to change habits of a lifetime, and transform into a healthier, happier version of yourself with a inner confidence that YOU can do it.... lose weight, feel great and keep it off!!!

As much as we love watching the footie, big match parties can be a tough opponent when you’re trying to slim.

With fetes, Fayres, and festivals, hopefully sunshine and a birthday for me..... June can feel like a tricky month..... but unlike the last 2 this month has no bank holidays at least 😉

And im here to tell you there will never be a perfect time, there will always be something holidays, birthdays, special occasions or just life ❤️
