There's something about Lughnasadh that always reminds me to slow down and notice how far I've come. 🌾💛

This year I've been reflecting on the beautiful story of Tailtiu and how her wisdom reminds us that self-love isn't selfish - it's the foundation for everything else.

I've shared my thoughts in my blog, and I'd love to know...

What are you harvesting in your own life right now? 🌻

Read it here: https://www.sacredwomanpath.com/f/how-to-love-myself-tailtiu-gentle-mother

If it resonates with you, I'd love for you to share it with someone who might need this reminder today. ✨

In Irish mythology, Tailtiu (pronounced TAL-chuh) is a revered Fir Bolg earth goddess known for her profound connection to the land and her role as a foster mother to Lugh, one of the most prominent gods in the ancient I...

What if your greatest magic was never outside of you?

The ancient Irish word draíocht is often translated as "magic," but as I explored its origins, I discovered it speaks to something far deeper in me. It points towards sacred wisdom, deep presence and our relationship with the unseen.

Alongside it sits another beautiful Irish word: imbas - the light of inner knowing. As I wrote this blog, I found myself reflecting on my own healing journey: There was a time when I lived almost entirely in my head, disconnected from my body and afraid of what I might find if I truly slowed down and listened. Healing wasn't about becoming someone new. It was about remembering the strength, wisdom and truth that had always been within me.

I now see this as my own journey into draíocht. Not magic in the fairytale sense, but a quiet remembering of who I really am, and this is the heart of the work I now offer. Through inner child healing, trauma integration, ancestral healing and transpersonal approaches, I hold space for others to reconnect with their own inner wisdom - not by giving them answers, but by helping them remember the ones they already carry.

I've woven together threads of ancient Irish wisdom, modern psychology and my own personal story in this new blog, and I hope it offers you something to reflect upon.

Perhaps the deepest magic is simply remembering yourself.

I'd love to know what resonates with you after you've read it.

There are some words in the Irish language that resist simple translation because they describe experiences rather than concepts. They invite us not only to understand with the mind, but to remember with the heart.
