Today on International Nurses Day, ACTT celebrates and thanks the incredible nurses who make a difference every day.

Through compassion, clinical expertise, and leadership, nurses play a vital role in delivering care, supporting patients and whānau, and improving health outcomes across our communities.

At ACTT, we see firsthand the impact nurses have in advancing clinical research - connecting people to new treatments, improving participant experiences, and helping shape the future of healthcare in Aotearoa New Zealand. Pictured here are some of our ACTT team - nurses who support patients, deliver clinical trials, and make research possible locally.

This year’s theme, “Our Nurses. Our Future,” is a powerful reminder that investing in nurses means investing in stronger health services, better care, and healthier communities for generations to come.

Ngā mihi nui to all nurses across Aotearoa New Zealand and around the world - thank you for the care, expertise, and dedication you bring every day.

“Achieving GCSA re-certification and Workforce Process Quality Certification at Gold level is a proud moment for ACTT and a strong endorsement of the workforce quality and consistency our team brings to clinical trials every day. Both certifications reflect sustained performance and our commitment to operational excellence against independently assessed global standards. This recognition belongs to our people, whose professionalism and collaboration make outcomes like this possible.”

Proud to see our team out in full force at both Round the Bays and the Highbrook Fun Run this year.
These events were not only a great way to stay active and connect as a team, but also an opportunity to support important charitable causes within our community such as Middlemore Foundation . It was fantastic to see such strong participation and enthusiasm across the team, all contributing towards making a positive impact beyond the workplace.

As a company, we are committed to improving health outcomes for all New Zealanders, and last Wednesday some of our team have rolled up their sleeves to donate at the Middlemore blood drive.

Their contribution helps ensure hospitals across Aotearoa have safe, reliable blood products for the patients who need them most.

Ngā mihi to New Zealand Blood Service for the incredible work they do every day.

🎄💚 This Christmas, we’re proud to support Kidz First Christmas organised by the Middlemore Foundation , helping bring joy to children right here in South Auckland who will be spending the holidays in hospital.
Our community is at the heart of everything we do, and this donation is one way we can give back to the families who make it so special. Together, we can make sure tamariki and their whānau feel the love, care, and festive spirit they deserve. 🎁✨
Let’s make this Christmas brighter for our community’s children 💜
