I was asked to treat little Boots for his anxiety and to check him over physically to see if there were any issues which might account for his behaviour.

At his previous home he would spook, buck and bronc and didn’t want to be ridden. He was less dramatic with his new family but his behaviour was very inconsistent from day to day. One day he would be fine and the next he would completely “freak out”.

Boots had injured his stifle previously from being caught in a fence and had x-rays taken. He had also been treated for ulcers.

He felt really familiar to me and I instantly connected with him. He showed me a few physical issues which needed to be addressed, including his stifle, hip, sacrum, withers, elbow, hock, neck, jaw and shoulder. He showed me he was feeling glum and apathetic, and he was worried about others. He was also holding onto emotional trauma from the past.

I addressed his emotional issues and worked on his physical body and little Boots had some beautiful releases. He let go of so much tension through his withers and shoulders and dropped into a deep state of relaxation. Relaxing felt long overdue for this stressy wee pony. 🤎

I received the following message soon after his session:

“Hey Lisa, lots of little changes within boots already, easy to catch now, interacting with other horses (never done that here) having a hoon in his paddock (never done that either) doesn’t over bend n avoid the contact. He movement is freeer, head bouncing in walk (never had that b4) starting to track up. 🥰”

I absolutely LOVE this for Boots! I’m so happy to hear this fabulous news. He soooo deserves to be happy and feel amazing! ♥️😍

Bear will do anything to divert the attention away from his little sister!

He was a little jealous having not received his own treatment but did manage to bask in the healing energy and have lots of lovely releases himself whilst I was treating Squash nearby.

I had promised to say goodbye to Bear before I left and I wanted to make a fuss of him. As I approached I heard him communicate to me “Tell me I’m your favourite” 🤣🤎

His guardian confirmed that would be EXACTLY what he would say!! 🤣🤣😍

I had the pleasure of treating George, a 20 year old buckskin pinto standardbred recently who was unbalanced and disuniting in his canter.

When I met George, I could feel he wasn’t grounded. As I began walking towards him I tripped up, then I tripped again as I walked around him. It wasn’t that I was being clumsy… 🤣 He was showing me his vestibular system needed adjusting!

He wasn’t balanced in his body which was exactly what was presenting in his canter. He also showed me his TMJ needed adjusting. I released this, along with a restriction in his spheniod bone (in his skull), which is responsible for balancing his vestibular system. George was calm, relaxed and an absolute gentleman to work on.

I also treated a couple of points along his spine and balanced one of his meridians. He responded well to the treatment and gave some lovely big yawns to release the energy. 💕

I heard back from his guardian not long after his treatment; with the following message;

“George is so much better!! He’s moving super well!! More balanced and forward.”

I received another update from this excited horse Mumma after she’d had the opportunity to work him some more…

“Hey, just thought id give you another wee update on george!! He is working super exceptionally well! Super willing, forward and so much more balanced😊 im so pleased. Not that there was much wrong.. it was just a bit of tlc but since having you out hes definitely working so much better than he was. And ive entered us into the hunter trials in a few weeks!! Seens as hes working so well i thought why not reward him with something he really loves doing!!”

I love that George is 20 years old and living his best life. He didn’t have any emotional issues coming to the fore, nor lameness, nor any significant issues in his spine or pelvis…. in a 20 year old standy! Amazing!

He’s a credit to his lovely guardian and a testament to the love and care he’s received throughout his life. 🩷

I love hearing updates like this!! Well done Georgie boy. I’m so happy you’re feeling so fabulous! Enjoy your hunting trials ❤️

Big loves 😘x
