HAVE YOU TRIED HIBISCUS TEA?

It’s packed with antioxidants and is great to support:
- Blood pressure
- Cholesterol levels
- Weight management
- Liver health and digestion

How to use:
Enjoy as a hot tea or a cold brew
- 1-2 teaspoons of dried hibiscus in hot water for 5-10 minutes, add some ginger or honey if desired 🫖

- Steep 2-3 teaspoons of dried hibiscus in 500ml of water and keep in fridge for 6-12 hours, strain and enjoy over ice adding mint or lime if desired 🍹
