For a long time, women have been taught to believe healing begins once they finally become acceptable.

I don’t think that’s true anymore.

I think many women are exhausted from trying to earn worthiness through shrinking themselves.

And I think we need more honest conversations about what healing actually looks like.

Lately, I’ve been thinking a lot about what happens after the food noise gets quiet.

Not just physically.
Emotionally too.

What rises to the surface when women finally have enough space to hear themselves again?
What grief shows up?

What healing becomes possible?
What identity questions emerge?

I think many women are carrying more than anyone realizes.

And honestly…

I think we need spaces where we can finally talk about that honestly.

Something has been shifting in me lately.

Not away from the work I've always cared about...
but deeper into it.

Into conversations about healing, food noise, identity, self-compassion, chronic illness, and becoming whole instead of merely acceptable.

I've also felt called back to my roots—supporting people on a weight loss journey, bariatric and beyond—but in a different way than before.

Less focus on willpower.
More focus on understanding.

Getting to the root of our emotional relationship with food, the stories we tell ourselves, and what true healing can look like.

This feels like a new season, and I'm grateful you're here for it. Welcome to this new season with me.
