Helping you return to clarity, simplicity and inner guidance

Are you feeling overwhelmed, stuck, and not sure what to do next?

You are not alone, and you’re not broken.

I’m Diana, an intuitive guide and spiritual medium. Diagnosed with ADHD in 1978, I spent years trying to think my way through life.

But I was also highly intuitive, so I played a game of stop and go most of my life, until I learned how to reprogram my thinking and hear my intuition again.

We were never meant to think our way through life, we were meant to feel it, to listen to that quiet inner voice that gets drowned out by the negative loops in our head.

If this resonates, this is the work I do with my clients.
Give me a follow, and if you’re ready to take that next step, click the link in my bio and book your call today.
You’re one click away from the clarity you’re looking for.

I Love School…when it’s closed. Not even my parents saw this coming.

Class clown. Never made honor role. I was bored out of my mind!

But in fourth grade, something shifted. My teacher had us write our own book, and for the first time, school gave me something to actually obsess over.

I wrote it, illustrated it, and even invented a fake publishing company for myself. ( self published author energy at age 10)

Turns out I never had a school problem. I had an interest problem.

By college (yes I made it to college), when I could finally choose classes based on what fascinated me, I thrived.

And decades later, when I sat down to write my memoir, I hyper focused so hard I forgot to eat for eight hours straight.

ADHD didn’t hold me back. It just needed the right of obsession to lock onto.

If you have ADHD, find something you feel passionate about. The rest will fall into place.

And the shirt?! Why did my mom let me wear it? She didn’t. I snuck it underneath another shirt! 😂

Somewhere along the way we pick up expectations, roles, and other people’s opinions about who we’re supposed to be.

None of it was ever ours.

Simplicity isn’t about doing less. It’s about remembering who you were before all of the noise.

If you can’t remember, spend some time getting to know yourself. Solitude can be one of the greatest gifts to yourself.

Just 20 minutes in nature can lower cortisol, ease, anxiety, and help an overstimulated mind settle.

For ADHD brains, especially, it’s not a luxury, it’s medicine.

You don’t need a retreat, you need 20 minutes.

I’m now 15 years sober! Understanding my ADHD brain changed everything.

Thanks to professionals like Daniel G. Amen, M.D. and Steven Storage, M.D. we’re all learning more about how to treat our beautifully different minds.

My full story, the party days, the rock bottom, and what led to my sobriety, are all in my book,

Less isn’t a sacrifice. It’s how you make room for more of what your heart desires.

I first heard the phrase “less is more” while I was in college, around age 25.

My college boyfriend came from a family of architects in Chicago. I stepped into his father‘s home office, and found a tiny frame holding a handwritten note to his grandfather.

“Less is more, Mies”

Something about those words hit me. I couldn’t explain why. At that point, my life was anything but simple.

15 years later, I launched my first business, SimplifywithDi, with that same principle at the forefront.

I now live my life with that same principle.
