Itā€™s one thing to know how to coach. Itā€™s another thing to learn how to use force plates, body composition analyzers, metabolic testing, thermography, and all the other technology we use every day.

Then you have to understand what the data is telling you and, more importantly, know how to adjust the plan based on it.

Anyone can hand out a workout. The real skill is collecting objective data, interpreting it correctly, and using it to make better decisions for the person standing in front of you.

Thatā€™s one of the biggest reasons our staff is so effective.
