By doing the job of pelvic health coach, you will be helping to cure problems that hurt thousands of people.
The way our company works is this: we started off by inventing cures for neglected health issues. Then we found people suffering from these health issues and helped them. They were super grateful so they supported our business. Now we are discovering more problems we can solve so we need your help so that we can have more focus on the most difficult new problems that are coming up.
You will be given wide responsibility and freedom, and not a lot of directions.
You’re someone who likes talking to people, asking questions, and staying curious. You understand the power of consistency and reliability. You like helping others. You are able to be humble and admit when you don’t know something. You see being presented with a challenge you cannot solve as an opportunity for growth and improvement, not something bad. Saying: “I don’t know, but I’ll find out” comes easily to you. You’re OK with not having all the answers.
The job of our research team is to be next to our patients, understand their unsolved pains, and develop new treatments for their ailments. However, our research team is getting overwhelmed, as we are growing.
Your job (which is extremely critical) is to help patients who are using NeuEve products, and have different medical cases or issues or special exceptions that make it so they need extra care and attention. Your job will be to handle everything that you can handle, and to give everything you cannot handle to the research team.
This helps shoulder our research team’s load by helping patients with complicated issues that we have already created solutions for. And you’ll help identify where our current solutions fall short, or when the patient has something distinctly different, and hand those cases to the research team, so that we can develop new treatments for them.
Because of your work:
- you will directly help thousands of patients with your own efforts
- you will receive hundreds of thank you letters
- you will enable our research team to create new solutions to other ailments that are hurting thousands of women
You will also be responsible for tabulating the common questions that keep arising so we can write new FAQ’s or change our instructions or packaging etc, or so that we can create educational videos etc.
We don’t care if you have tons of experience or not. If you’re smart, consistent, aren’t afraid to look dumb by asking questions, and truly care about others and making an impact, you’re exactly who we’re looking for.
