When was the last time you sat outside without your phone in hand? 📵🌲

Tune in nature — the birds calling back and forth, ants tracing their tiny paths, leaves turning toward the light. There are a thousand small stories playing out around you all the time. Noticing them creates space in your mind, lets the natural rhythms and sounds move through you without distraction, and gives your nervous system a chance to actually rest and reset.

Nature doesn’t ask for your attention, it just offers it. Log off for a minute and let it in.
