Four Thursday mornings. Hot water, cold water, breath, and sound, guided by embodiment facilitator .embodied 😌💧

This isn’t a workout. It’s a practice of learning to feel, without overwhelm, without judgment. Just you, the water, and a small group of people willing to show up for themselves.

We move through hot and cold as a pathway to presence. We use breath and gentle sound to meet what’s actually alive in the body. We leave more regulated, more awake, more at home in ourselves.

✨ This makes a really beautiful Mother’s Day gift if you’re still searching for the perfect thing for Mom. ✨
