Wtf do you mean? As a group of women looked up.
This is the question - “Are you here by yourself?” - we got more than anything at the very first Ladies Retreat to Phish at Dick’s in 2017.
As if we needed a guy to not be alone.
The ironic thing is, all but one of us had been seeing Phish for well over a decade.
But it is true this was the first time for many without a male companion at the shows.
What happened?
Together, we were magnetic. 🧲
Drawing in other ladies as we gathered for pre-show intention setting.
And even guys who were so inspired by our energy they wanted to help protect the space we’d created around us.
There is a magical synergy that happens when women gather around something they’re passionate about that inspires them and makes them feel alive. 💞
It’s happening already for the retreat to Dick’s this weekend.
Connections formed from joining the retreat that feel cosmically aligned. 💖
We haven’t even made it to the same physical space yet.
But I know when we do it will be even more powerful. ⚡️⭕️
Because there is something that happens when women gather around something they’re genuinely drawn to.
Something that lights them up. 🔥
That lets them move and play and express themselves.
That gives them permission to be their full self.
We don’t have to try to be magnetic.
We are.
And nine years later, I hear that question a little differently.
“Are you here by yourselves?”
Yep.
And look what happens when we are! 💃🏻✨
