No matter how heavy last night felt, the sun did not forget you.

It hasn't missed a morning in billions of years, and it isn't about to start with this one.

I think we forget that the morning isn't something we earn.

It's a quiet promise the world has been keeping for so long that we stopped noticing it was a promise at all.

If you woke up today, you're part of that continuity.

The light is already on its way back to you, whether you feel ready for it or not.

You don't have to make this morning meaningful.

You don't have to wake up grateful, or productive, or healed.

You just have to keep breathing while the light does what light does.
