What a full circle moment. 🌱
I’m honored to be selected as a lululemon Ambassador in the community that raised me.
For over a decade, I’ve taught yoga and mindfulness throughout the Bay Area. As a Black woman in the wellness field, I haven’t always seen myself reflected in these spaces. That experience has fueled my commitment to creating opportunities for people to connect with their mind, body, and spirit and to know they belong.
From forensic therapist to yoga teacher, coach, retreat leader, and now ambassador, the mission has always been the same: healing, connection, and community.
Thank you to my mentors, family, friends, students, and everyone who has supported me along the way (even yoooooou 🫵🏾). I’m grateful to grow alongside this community and excited for what’s to come. ✨🫶🏾✨
