We’re honored to welcome Kylea Taylor, M.S., LMFT to Root & Bloom Institute’s Stewardship Circle.
The Stewardship Circle is a group of trusted advisors whose experience and perspective help guide Root & Bloom’s continued development.
Kylea is a licensed therapist, educator, consultant, and the founder of InnerEthics®, a self-reflective approach to relational ethics that has become an important resource in psychedelic practitioner training. Her work encourages practitioners to cultivate self-awareness, compassion, and ethical discernment as the foundation for responsible, relational care.
She is also the author of Peer Consultation Groups & Ethical Awareness Tools for Psychedelic Practitioners, The Ethics of Caring: Finding Right Relationship with Clients, and several books on Holotropic Breathwork®.
We’re grateful to have Kylea’s wisdom and decades of experience helping shape the future of Root & Bloom.

Every corner of Root & Bloom is being shaped with care, including the land itself.

After removing a strip of pavement along much of the 6th street curb, members of a growing RBI community and Joko spent the day planting native plants. Built-in benches are planned for along the exterior wall so students can take breaks outside and enjoy murmurings of nature.

Building a community space isn’t only about a building, its walls, and its roofs. It’s about creating conditions where people can gather and connect.

Sometimes that work looks like meetings and planning. Sometimes it looks like dirt under our fingernails.
