Juneteenth reminds us that liberation is collective. As a Latina, I honor our African roots and practice a yoga that remembers! A yoga rooted in spirituality, unity, and freedom.

Over the years, I’ve been told that I would make more money or obtain more clients if I stripped away the philosophy, the spirituality, and the deeper teachings of yoga. But that has never been my purpose.

This path was never about building a brand at the expense of truth.

It’s about sharing wisdom.
It’s about remembering.
It’s about healing.
It’s about liberation.
It’s about unity.

Yoga means union.

And union asks us to honor where things come from, to respect the traditions that shaped us, and to recognize that none of us are free until we all are.

Today I celebrate freedom, I honor ancestry, and I stand in gratitude for the many cultures and people whose wisdom continues to guide us.

May we continue to learn.
May we continue to remember.
May we continue to choose unity over division.

Divine Oneness is the understanding that nothing exists separately.

The trees breathe out what we breathe in.
The rivers become the clouds.
The earth nourishes the plants that nourish our bodies.

The rocks. The fire. The animals. The oceans. The air. The universe. You. Me. Our words. Our visions.

The Universal Law of Oneness teaches that every thought, action, and intention creates a ripple throughout the whole. What we do to another, we do to ourselves. What we heal within ourselves, we help heal within the world.

There is only one consciousness expressing itself through many forms.

Remember that we are not separate from nature. We are nature. We are not separate from each other. We belong to each other.

We are all threads in the same sacred web of life.

When we remember our connection, we move from separation to love, from fear to unity, from “me” to “we.” ✨🌎🤍

I know I’ve been quiet. I know the events have been fewer and my presence less visible.

This season has been intentional.

It hasn’t only been about slowing down. It’s also been about paying attention to where my time and energy are needed most when certain parts of life require more space than others. It’s meant reevaluating my path, looking at all the different directions I’m being pulled, and being honest about what deserves my focus in this moment.

More than anything, it’s been about listening to my body, my heart, and my intuition in order to understand where I need to be, how long I need to be there, and how I feel in those spaces. Some experiences changed me, and I needed the space to reflect, reconnect, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.

Thank you for your patience, your support, and for being part of my journey whether for a moment or for years. I appreciate each of you more than words can express.

One Breath Class - come experience deep reset through breathwork, gentle movement, and meditation!

If you’ve been, you know. If you haven’t, this is your sign. Students are saying things like “I’m going to sleep so good tonight” and “I’ve never felt this relaxed.”

Come feel it for yourself before this offering shifts—would love to see you there.
