Alabama Autism Assistance Program/ The HANDS Program Alabama Autism Assistance Program (AAAP) is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization. Autism affects 1 out of 88 children.

The mission of the AAAP/HANDS is to provide scholarships and therapy to children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorders.
