Fresh out of the OR and already onto the next case.

Four cases today — each with a completely different story.

From treating skin cancer on the nose to performing rhinoplasty on a patient who proves that it’s never too late to do something for yourself.

A little glimpse into a very normal day for Dr. Rousso. šŸ‘€

Tried to rage bait Dr. Adams. He rage baited me instead. šŸ˜‚ Fair play.

Twenty months later, and there’s a part of this nobody warned me about.

I still feel numb behind my ears. Right now, as I’m recording this, it feels like I’m wearing a chin strap. The inside of my ears itch. There’s a tightness I don’t have great words for. None of it is painful, and none of it has made me regret anything — but I genuinely had no idea it would still be part of my daily life almost two years out.

Here’s the other half of the truth: I love my results. I’ll be 61 soon. I had a full deep plane lift, an endoscopic brow lift, SMAS work in my lips and nasolabial folds, and CO2 laser around my eyes and mouth, all before I turned 60. My scars are hidden so well you can’t find them. I’d absolutely do it again.

I also hope I never have to.

And if you remember, my recovery was rough — I got sick partway through, and it was a hard stretch. Healing isn’t the same for any two people, and I can only tell you what mine has actually looked like.

If you want the full story, it’s all saved in my Highlights: what I was thinking going in, the recovery, all of it.

Ask me anything below. I’ll answer honestly. šŸ‘‡

What does ā€œfrostingā€ during a chemical peel actually mean? ā„ļø That white appearance isn’t your skin ā€œburning.ā€ It’s a visible sign of the chemical reaction taking place as the peel works within the skin.

But here’s what’s important: not all frosting looks or means the same thing. There are different levels and types of frosting, and understanding what you’re seeing is an important part of safely performing a peel.

The goal isn’t to push the skin to its limit. It’s to support healthy, resilient skin while achieving beautiful results.

Have questions about chemical peels or wondering which one is right for your skin? Schedule a consultation with our team.

She finally chose herself. šŸ¤

After a difficult season of grief, she decided it was time to do something for her.

One week after her Deep Plane Facelift, she was already certain she had made the right decision.

But this is only the beginning.

Part Two is where her story gets even better. šŸ¤

MISS USA came to Rousso Adams for THIS. šŸ‘‘

Miss USA 2023 stopped by for a Botox refresh before her next big moment.

The goal? Refreshed. Natural. Camera-ready. Still completely her.

Because the best work doesn’t announce itself.

Are you too young for a facelift?

It’s not always about your age. It’s about the difference surgery can make.

Dr. Adams explains why most people in their 30s aren’t ready for a facelift—and when significant weight loss, including from GLP-1 medications, can change the conversation.

The goal isn’t to operate sooner.

It’s to operate when it makes sense. šŸ¤
