🌿 90 Minutes — $100 (normally $120)

🌿 120 Minutes — $135 (normally $160)

Gift certificates are valid for one year from the purchase date, can be purchased for yourself or someone else, and there is no limit to how many you can buy.

There has been some confusion around the Christmas in July gift certificate special so I want to help:

When you click this link to purchase the gift certificate, you will see the discounted pricing.

However, when you go to the booking link to book, you will still see the regular priced sessions listed. Choose it anyway.

Once I receive the appointment request, I will manually edit the price accordingly.

Over the last year, my work has continued evolving deeper into fascia-focused bodywork, nervous system regulation, and helping people reconnect with their bodies that have been holding stress, tension, compensation patterns, and overwhelm for years.

Because of that, I’m officially opening a limited number of Embodied Reset sessions.

Embodied Reset is a personalized 3-hour fascia-focused bodywork experience designed to go beyond traditional massage by combining:
• consult/intake
• posture & gait assessment
• optional before/after photos
• full-body fascia-focused bodywork
• nervous system grounding
• personalized aftercare & follow-up recommendations

Each session is intentionally customized based on your body’s unique patterns, goals, and nervous system capacity. No two sessions — or bodies — are the same.

This work is ideal for those experiencing chronic tension, stress-related tightness, postural imbalances, restricted mobility, nervous system overwhelm, or feeling disconnected from their body.

I’ll only be opening a few of these sessions at a time as I intentionally grow this side of my work.
