Tonight at Wiley’s Wellness Sanctuary — Solar Plexus Reset Workshop!

The Solar Plexus Chakra is our center of personal power, confidence, self-worth, motivation and the ability to move forward with intention.

When this energy center becomes blocked or imbalanced, we can feel stuck, depleted, indecisive, disconnected from ourselves or like we’ve simply lost our spark.

Tonight we’re diving into the Solar Plexus Chakra — what it represents, how imbalance can show up physically, emotionally and energetically, and practical ways to unblock, realign and strengthen this powerful energy center.

We’ll work with meditation, energy tools and intention to help reconnect you with that inner fire.

We’ll explore both Tibetan metal bowls and crystal bowls and learn techniques for creating beautiful, intentional sound and vibration.

Tuesday, September 1st at 5 PM — Solar Plexus Reset | $25
An evening dedicated to reclaiming your personal power, rebuilding confidence, clearing stagnant energy and reigniting your inner fire.

Wednesday, September 2nd at 5 PM — Aromatherapy & Vibrational Medicine | $30
Explore essential oils through the lens of frequency and vibrational medicine and create a room spray to take home.

Our Friday, September 4th Grief Support Circle is CANCELLED, and the September 5th AAA+ Jewelry Making Workshop has been MOVED to Saturday, September 12th.

Monday, September 7th — CLOSED for Labor Day.

Come learn how to play sound bowls with me this Monday, August 31st at 5 PM!

This hands-on workshop is perfect for anyone who has wanted to understand how to actually work with sound bowls—not just listen to them. We’ll explore both crystal singing bowls and Tibetan metal bowls, how to properly strike and play them, how to create a clear sustained tone, and how sound and vibration can be used to support relaxation, grounding, meditation and energetic balance.

You’ll have the opportunity to practice, experiment and experience the vibration for yourself. No experience is needed—just come curious and ready to play!

Powder and I got to spend some quality time with two of our absolute favorite people, Rach and her son Wei. So good to catch up, laugh, hang out and just enjoy being together.

Life gets busy, and it’s easy to forget how important it is to make time for the people who genuinely fill your cup and feed your soul. The ones you can just be yourself around, laugh with and walk away feeling a little lighter.

Definitely some much-needed soul time with two people we love. 💛
