MoonRock Massage Therapy & Spa I accept CASH, Venmo and Square payments. My massage technique is not the standard routine you may be used to receiving.

I am able to use my detailed knowledge of neuro-muscular anatomy to effectively address problems ranging from tension headaches to Plantar Fasciitis (head to toes). I incorporate multiple bodywork modality techniques throughout my massage. I put my heart into my work in order to give a unique experience to every client. I intertwine myofascial release, hot stone, cupping and Thai into my Swedish m

assage. Hot towels, essential oils, aroma therapy and hot stones are a part of my Swedish massage at no upcharge because I believe each client should benefit from these.

Rochester, Minnesota welcomes me back again 4th month in a row! The SPYHOUSE Coffee Roasters has THE BEST coffee/espresso. Reminds me of The Blue Strawberry. I have SOOOO many clients & friends who are having troubles falling asleep & staying asleep. This is the tea that I make in my Keurig nightly. I put 1 tea bag in where the k-cup goes and after the brew cycle I put the tea bag in my mug. I like my tea strong. I make the tea about 30 minutes prior to bed and read a chapter to settle my body & mind. I no longer need a sleep aide. Sleep well my followers! You have 1 body & 1 mind, be good to them!♥︎★

Taking in my inventory before I work on my 1st client of the day. I'm grateful to know what FAITH OVER FEAR looks & feels like. Something personal to share, is one of my best friends is almost 96. He is my mentor & now in a care facility. I go to him sometimes daily & sometimes not. I go to shave him, feed him, sit with him, reminisce about his life and what my life looks like. No matter where we are in life, hang on to the people who REALLY help make you who you are today.
