I was MISERABLE in my corporate job, I had no support system on the west coast, and my depression only made my ANXIETY worse. Finally I woke up and said ENOUGH is ENOUGH. I knew I was meant for MORE! I joined my first accountability group to lose my post honeymoon weight

gain and was OVERWHELMED by the supportive community. I KNEW I had found my place!
1.5 years later and I am now a 4 Star Diamond Coach with a team of INCREDIBLE women ranked in the top 150 out of 450,000 coaches in the network. I was able to QUIT my 9-5 corporate job, I was able to OVERCOME my depression, and I can finally say I am ME again! Everyday I am BLESSED that I get to wake up and work with an incredible team of women who are determined to HELP others find the POSITIVE change in their lives. I am able to be a PRESENT Mom and never miss the FIRST moments in my sons life. I able to truly live a life by DESIGN!

Summer is usually when the routine falls apart.

The kids are home. The calendar is full. Everything looks a little different.
So this year I’m not trying to do it all.

I’m focusing on four simple habits that give me the biggest return, and letting the rest go.

Because you don’t need to overhaul your whole life to feel good this summer. You just need a few things you can actually keep up with.

Confession: I don’t like to cook. 😅

I don’t like to cook in the winter when it’s cold outside.

I don’t like to cook during busy sports seasons when we’re running from practice to practice.

And I definitely don’t like to cook during the summer when I’d rather be at the beach, by the pool, or soaking up every minute with my boys.

Which is exactly why crockpot recipes are one of my year-round survival tools.

A few minutes of prep in the morning and dinner is basically done by the time we walk back through the door hungry and exhausted.

Down 4 lbs in 3 days. And it wasn’t about eating less.

I was already doing everything right. Working out, eating well, hitting my steps, sleeping.

And I still felt puffy and bloated….like my wedding rings wouldn’t fit inflamed 🫠

Here’s what I finally understood. When your body is inflamed, it holds onto everything. The weight will not budge until the inflammation comes down first.

So I stopped fighting my body and started supporting it. I added all natural peptides to my routine. Nothing synthetic. Just support for what my body already knows how to do.

Your body is not broken. It is just inflamed. And when that comes down, everything shifts.

My exact routine. Everything I do. No gatekeeping.

As a 42 year old mom of three and a certified fitness and nutrition coach, this is the actual day to day that keeps me feeling strong, lean, and energized.

I was doing everything that used to work and yet the scale started creeping up…

Eating less.
Working out more.
Tracking my macros.
Trying to get more protein, more fiber, more steps… all the things.

And all of a sudden, it was like my body just stopped responding.

The scale was creeping up.
I felt puffy and inflamed all the time.
My wedding rings were so tight I could barely get them on and off.
My brain felt foggy.
I was exhausted.

I kept thinking, “Okay, I just need to do more/eat less.”
But the more I pushed, the more frustrated I felt.

Turns out… I didn’t need to do more.
I needed to support my body in a different way.

That’s when I decided to try plant-sourced peptides.

No pokes. No pharma. Just something simple I could add into the habits I was already doing.

And for the first time in a long time, I felt like my body started working with me again.
