What actually helped me get lean after 40, three kids and all πŸ™Œ

As a mom of three whose body is leaner and stronger in my 40s than it ever was in my 30s, these are the five things that actually worked for me.

1. I stopped trying to eat less. All that did was wreck my metabolism. Now I eat from every food group with protein first.

2. I traded cardio for lifting. All that cardio kept my body in fight or flight. Now it's 30 minutes of lifting three to four days a week, plus my steps.

3. I protect my sleep like it's a workout. Seven hours, non negotiable, even with three boys.

4. I learned how to bring my inflammation down. Cell signaling support was the piece that finally let all the work show up. No pokes, no pharma.

5. I stopped starting over every Monday. Not perfect, just steady.

Same effort, completely different result!

πŸ“ Comment BREAKTHROUGH and I'll send you the cell signaling support that finally got everything working again.

As a mom of three who lost 50 lbs postpartum and kept it off for three years, soup is one of our easy grab and go dinners in this busy season.

These are the ones all three boys actually eat, and I enjoy the leftovers the next day. They keep me on track with my protein goals and they are macro friendly!

Tomato basil with chicken. Chicken gnocchi. Butternut and turkey sausage. Broccoli cheddar. Italian wedding.

School drop off, then straight to the crockpot πŸ˜…

That fifteen minutes between the school line and my first meeting is the only quiet part of my day, so it is where dinner gets made now.

As a mom of 3 who lost 50 lbs postpartum and kept it off for three years, what keeps me consistent is not cooking at 5pm. It is deciding at 8am.

Everything goes in, the lid goes on, and it is done before anyone walks back through the door asking what is for dinner 🫠

All ten are built around protein first, because that is what actually holds them until bedtime and keeps me full through the afternoon.

French onion chicken. Mississippi pot roast. Thai peanut chicken. Chicken marsala.

The kind of dinner that tastes like you fussed…and you did not.

When you have three hungry boys and still want to stay on track with your macros πŸ˜…

As a mom of 3 who lost 50 lbs postpartum and kept it off for three years, what keeps me consistent is having high protein snacks ready.

I make a batch of two or three of these on Sunday and they carry us all week.

Monster cookie protein balls. Almond joy granola bars. Snickerdoodle bites. Banana bread bars. Apple cinnamon oat bars. All of them hit real protein, which is what actually keeps everybody full until dinner, me included.

Once you know how to build meals that fit your calories and protein goals, fat loss becomes so much easier. No overthinking. No starting over every Monday. Just meals you actually look forward to eating.

10 minutes of prep. Grab and go high protein lunches to make your week easier.

As a mom of 3 who lost 50 lbs postpartum and kept it off for three years, the thing that keeps me consistent isn't discipline. It's making eating easier.

These are the meals I actually make. Ten minutes of prep, most of them no cooking at all, and every single one hits protein.

Chipotle chicken crunch wraps. Cold sesame peanut noodle jars. Roast beef and horseradish stacks. Antipasto jars. And smoked salmon bites that feel fancier than they are.

The question in my DMs every single day: now that we have hit perimenopause, how are we actually losing weight?

As a mom of three who lost 50 lbs postpartum and kept it off for three years, I thought I had this figured out. Then perimenopause moved the goalposts.

If you are over 40, doing exactly what worked at 35, and the scale is going the other way, you are not imagining it and it is not your fault.

These are real people I know. Not a quick fix, and every one of them says the same thing. The weight was the last thing to change. Energy first, then sleep, then the bloat.

Their solution, all natural cell signaling support. Your body already makes it, it just makes less after 35. No pokes and no pharma.

πŸ“ Comment BREAKTHROUGH and I'll send you the exact cell signaling stack we all use, plus how to grab your free Hydrated with your order

These homemade copycat Perfect Bars taste like chocolate chip cookie dough but are made with just 7 simple ingredients and take about 10 minutes to make.

I keep a batch in the fridge for those afternoons when I want something sweet but still want to stay on track with my goals.

High protein, simple ingredients, and my kids think they’re a treat πŸ™Œ

About 10g protein per bar depending on how you slice them.
