I was doing everything that used to work and yet the scale started creeping up…
Eating less.
Working out more.
Tracking my macros.
Trying to get more protein, more fiber, more steps… all the things.
And all of a sudden, it was like my body just stopped responding.
The scale was creeping up.
I felt puffy and inflamed all the time.
My wedding rings were so tight I could barely get them on and off.
My brain felt foggy.
I was exhausted.
I kept thinking, “Okay, I just need to do more/eat less.”
But the more I pushed, the more frustrated I felt.
Turns out… I didn’t need to do more.
I needed to support my body in a different way.
That’s when I decided to try plant-sourced peptides.
No pokes. No pharma. Just something simple I could add into the habits I was already doing.
And for the first time in a long time, I felt like my body started working with me again.

Better sleep.
Less inflammation.
Less brain fog.
Finally feeling like myself again.
I’m still a huge believer in protein, strength training, hydration, walking, and all the basics…these have to be in place.
