This group is for anyone in Clearwater, FL, who wants to learn the Yang Style 24-Step Form in a supportive, low-pressure environment. I am currently in training and invite you to join my "lead learner" sessions as we practice balance, flow, and mindfulness together. All levels of kindness and curiosity are welcome.
