Last Saturday EVER working in the spa and clinic 🙌🏽🥹

When I started my business, I worked seven days a week because I had to. In 2025, I went down to six days. In 2026, I went down to five and now I’m officially working four days a week!

Transitioning from a cash-based medical spa into an insurance-based primary care and mental health practice was not easy. That journey deserves an entire conversation of its own! But through every trial, sacrifice, and difficult moment, I kept going.

Now I get to do what I love across primary care, mental health, and spa life and still have three days off each week.

My full weekends are officially back, and I couldn’t be more thankful. Cheers to growth, balance, and this beautiful new season 🥂✨

✨ NEW HOURS BEGINNING SEPTEMBER 20, 2026 ✨

To our Lizabelly IV Hydration & Medspa family:

As our practices continue to grow, we are making a few adjustments to our hours of operation. These new hours will allow us to continue providing the personalized, attentive care you deserve while creating a schedule that allows our team to serve you at our best 🧡🩷

Beginning September 20, 2026, our new hours will be:

Monday: Limited hours • Telehealth by appointment only
Tuesday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Wednesday: 10 AM – 8 PM
Thursday: 10 AM – 6 PM
Friday: 10 AM – 4 PM
Saturday & Sunday: CLOSED

We truly appreciate your continued trust, support, and understanding as we make this transition. We look forward to continuing to care for you 🦋

✨ A Full Circle Moment ✨

I am beyond honored and excited to share that I have been invited to speak at the "I AM HER" Brunch, BEEcoming Her Edition on October 3rd... and the best part? It's happening in my hometown. 💛

There is something incredibly special about returning home to pour into the very community that helped shape me. Being selected to share my journey and connect with so many incredible women is truly an honor that I don't take for granted.

I'm also excited to be participating as a vendor, where I'll have the opportunity to introduce Calmaia Minds Health & Wellness and Lizabelly Medspa and connect with everyone attending.

This event is even more meaningful because one of my biggest dreams is to one day serve as a healthcare provider in my hometown. Being invited back to speak feels like a beautiful reminder that sometimes God gives us a glimpse of the vision before it's fully realized.

A heartfelt thank you to Mrs. Tanquasia Parker for this incredible opportunity. I can't wait to see everyone for an afternoon of inspiration, growth, and genuine connection.

Today, I'm celebrating another year of life, growth, purpose, and God's amazing grace. I am incredibly grateful for every lesson, every blessing, every challenge, and every person who has been a part of this journey called life.

To my family, friends, clients, patients, and supporters—thank you for your unwavering love, encouragement, and trust. Your support means more than you'll ever know, and I truly appreciate each of you.
