In a world where men are constantly carrying responsibilities, solving problems, and showing up for others, it’s easy to neglect your own growth, health, and connection.

That’s why we created Radiant Rise — a FREE monthly men’s group built to strengthen body, mind, and connection.

🏋️ Lift — move your body, challenge your limits, and build strength that carries into life.

The supplement world can get overwhelming fast.

Every week there’s a new powder, pill, or “must-have” longevity trend promising more energy, faster recovery, and optimal health.

But before chasing the newest supplement, focus on the foundation.

Foundational supplements are often the ones that move the needle most because they support the systems responsible for:

Because of our incredible community, our Murph for a Mission event raised just shy of $3,000 for Grief Guide.

We’re so grateful for every person who showed up, worked hard, donated, volunteered, and supported this mission.

As Grief Guide shared:

“You didn’t just raise money — you stood with us, making a statement that grief matters. That people who are hurting deserve to be seen and not silenced.”

That is exactly why we do this.

Murph has always been about something bigger than a workout. It’s about honoring, remembering, supporting, and coming together as a community for a cause greater than ourselves.

Last weekend, our Radiant Fit family did just that.

Thank you for helping us turn movement into impact, and for showing what can happen when a community rallies around a meaningful mission.

Murph is bigger than a workout. 🇺🇸

Every Memorial Day weekend, gyms across the country take on this Hero WOD to honor Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who gave their lives in service to our country.

And here’s the reminder we want every person walking into Radiant FIT to hear:

There is no “right” version of Murph.

The best version is the one that allows you to move with intention, challenge yourself appropriately, and stay in it from start to finish.

Scaling Murph isn’t “less than.”
It’s smart.
It’s purposeful.
And it’s how we make this workout accessible to all fitness levels while still honoring the meaning behind it.

Options may include:
🇺🇸 Ring rows or jumping pull-ups
🇺🇸 Knee push-ups, box push-ups, or DB floor press
🇺🇸 Reduced volume
🇺🇸 Run/walk combinations
🇺🇸 Partner options (SO FUN)

Whether this is your first Murph or your fifteenth, our coaches will help you find the version that fits YOU.

This year, we’re also using Murph for a Mission to support Grief Guide — raising awareness and support for families walking through grief in our community. 💚

• You forget
• You get busy
• You try to “catch up” at the end of the day

And by then… your body is already playing catch-up too. Hydration works best when it’s consistent, not crammed in.

Think of hydration like this:
✅Small amounts, consistently throughout the day.

Not:
❌ Nothing all day → chug water at night.

Try:
✅ Starting early → maintaining → supporting your body as you go.

If you’re needing simple ways to stay consistent... Try this:

✨ Habit stack it: Drink water after things you already do (brush teeth, coffee, etc.)

✨ Make it visible: If your water is in front of you, you’ll drink it

✨ Use a bottle you like: Sounds simple — but it works

✨ Set a baseline goal: Half your body weight in ounces is a great place to start

✨ Make it enjoyable: Lemon, fruit, electrolytes — whatever helps you stay consistent

When you’re properly hydrated:

• Your energy is more stable
• Your workouts feel better
• Your recovery improves
• Your body functions the way it’s supposed to

This is one of the simplest habits… With some of the biggest returns.

Start small.
Build from there.
You don’t need to be perfect — just intentional.
