The University District Center is open 7 am to 8 pm Mon-Fri and weekends for scheduled appointments. We offer Mammography, CT, 3T MRI, 1.5T MRI, DEXA, Walk-in X-ray (7:30 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Fri), CT, Ultrasounds and Fluoroscopy. The Lifecycle of an Imaging Order

Wondering what happens between your doctor's visit and getting your results? While annual screening mammograms can be self-scheduled directly by you without a referral, most other diagnostic exams follow this specific journey:

The Order: Your physician sends a referral to our team detailing exactly what exam you need.

Scheduling & Pre-Auth: Our staff contacts you to schedule your appointment and handles any necessary insurance pre-authorizations behind the scenes.

The Exam: You visit our Eugene or Springfield clinic for your imaging study.
Our technologists will ensure you are comfortable and focus on capturing the highest quality images.

(Please note: Our technologists are highly trained to perform the scans, but they are not legally permitted to interpret the images or discuss results with you during your appointment!)

The Interpretation: Your images are securely sent to one of our sub specialized radiologists, who carefully reviews them and dictates a comprehensive diagnostic report.

The Results: That final report is sent straight back to your referring doctor, who will contact you to discuss the findings and the next steps in your care.
