A successful Parade season and a meaningful cause? That's worth celebrating!

Thanks to the contributions of this year’s Luxurious Featured Home participants on the Parade of Homes Fargo-Moorhead: Fall Edition, Hawthorne Custom Homes and Heritage Homes, and the enthusiasm surrounding our w**e toss fundraiser, we were able to raise valuable funds to support the Foundation’s mission. An extra thank you to Floor To Ceiling Carpet One Floor & Home for matching the w**e toss proceeds and helping make an even greater impact.

We appreciate everyone who joined us for an evening of networking, celebration, and giving back. 🏡✨

🤝Investing in stronger leadership for a stronger future!
The Foundation Board of Trustees, Leadership Growth participants and staff recently completed the DISC & Motivators assessment and spent time with a facilitator exploring how to better understand one another, communicate effectively and how best to work as a team to move the Foundation forward in the future.

Did you know? This session was facilitated by Small Business Growth Partners, and their services are available to all BIA members. If you're looking to strengthen your team, improve communication or develop leadership skills, be sure to check them out!

Back in July, we had the opportunity to recognize our 2026 high school scholarship recipients at the Muddy Boots Picnic!

This year was especially meaningful as we awarded the very first scholarship from the Professional Women in Building Council scholarship fund, a milestone made possible by the generosity and commitment of the BIA's PWB council members.

We’re proud to invest in students who are taking their first steps toward careers in the building industry and skilled trades. Congratulations again to all of our 2026 scholarship recipients! 👏

What a way to wrap up summer with the last Triple Tee Off!

Huge shout out to our volunteers who held down (and stretched 😉) the BIA foundation tent throughout the day!
