Taking a little piece of the Sound Lounge out into the wild.

For the first time, Resonant Recharge is popping up at a couple of local events this November!

I’ll be bringing the table along for Vibroacoustic Sound Samplers — a quick chance to hop on, feel what I keep talking about and experience sound beyond what you can hear.

First stop: Indy Holistic Hub's Wellbeing Fest on November 8

Then: The Beauty Boost Indianapolis's Taste of Yoga on November 15

Fun fact: most of my Therapeutic VAT tracks are intentionally 23 minutes long.

They’re designed to give the body time to move through its initial stress response and settle into the vibration.

No sound. No headphones. Just targeted, low-frequency vibrations.

Fair question, I do in fact offer a wide array of things.

But when it comes to the Sound Lounge, it really comes down to what you're looking for:
- a place to simply rest and reset
- more intentional, targeted support
- a little bit of everything

Hopefully this helps clear that up.

While completing my coursework in Vibroacoustic Therapy, this frequency stuck out like no other.

To me, 40 Hz felt like a sonic hug while on the table. But the deeper I got into the research, the more it just kept popping up.
