Not all stress is bad, some of it is actually what helps you show up and perform. 🏃♀️
But chronic stress is different. It lingers. And over time, it shows up as poor sleep, constant tension, and a feeling of never quite switching off.
This Stress Awareness Month, here are a few things that can help:
→ Learn to say no more often
→ Build in small, intentional breaks
→ Move your body — even gently
→ Talk to someone when it gets heavy
