We held our annual employee event at the Diamondbacks game last week and it was such a blast! It was our biggest turnout yet with about 140 team members in attendance! Please help us welcome Annaa to the ETS team! She’ll be working as an SLPA in our 3+ Program in the Phoenix area. Being an SLPA is especially meaningful for Annaa because she has experienced the positive impact of speech pathology first hand. Her goal is to make every session engaging, encouraging and fun as she helps her clients reach their full potential.

When prepping for your child’s IEP meeting this school year, after reviewing the current IEP, create a list of your questions or concerns. It’s easy to forget about these things when you’re in the moment. You can even email your list to the IEP team prior to the meeting, so that they can have potential solutions and answers ready for you.

It’s also helpful to write down your child’s strengths, preferences, learning styles and what they might need to succeed. Any candid information that you can provide will help to enhance your kiddos education plan and experience! 💜💫
