Enlightened Life Path LoriKay uses methods that reset the brain, body & nervous system helping one's path have better health, more ease & peace.

Her approach is an alchemy of mind, body & spirit work that spreads love & joy while achieving what's wanted. LoriKay has a myriad of tools that bring balance Mentally, Emotionally, Spiritually, & Physically as well as techniques that help happy hormones flow and to be in a place of choice (not habit or reaction) making it easier to more toward what is desired. She is certified in Foot Zone Thera

py (similar to Reflexology). She is also certified in Investigating Health™ with additional training in multiple other energy clearing modalities and brain rewiring techniques. She loves teaching active Meditation that bring balance to all FOUR bodies--Physical, Mental, Emotional & Spiritual. LoriKay has been happily married to Scott since 1989 & graduated from BYU with him. She was an elementary school teacher for two years before having her first son. She now has 4 wonderful children and 2 grandchildren. She always thought that she would go back to teaching when her youngest child was in school, but the severe health challenges she faced for 4 years after having her first 2 boys put her on a different path. LoriKay has had the opportunity to grow while learning natural things to help with her health challenges. Some of those learning opportunities have been from Hypoglycemia, Gestational Diabetes, Glucose Intolerance, Depression, Anxiety, Chronic Fatigue, Epstein Barr, Fibromyalgia, Food Sensitivities, Migraines & Severe Skin Rashes and an autoimmune disease called Hashimotos. She has also learned how to help her poor circulation & back pain. She is mainly symptom free from all of the above ailments (except for skin rashes) because of applying Lifestyle Choices, Nutrition & Energy Work. Taking Footzoning training in 2010 is where she started making leaps & bounds in her knowledge as well as ability to help others. She absolutely loves sharing what she has learned at a fraction of what it cost her to gain that knowledge. Learning new things brings her a lot of joy. Please know that LoriKay is not a doctor. She doesn't claim to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

Water represents emotional support, flow, and the energy that allows growth to occur naturally.

Pay attention to what you are feeding within yourself.

Water what you wish to grow.

Protect the seeds of your future.

The growth you’ve been cultivating is becoming more visible.

Minute by minute. Day by day. Week by week. Month by month.

You are building a stronger foundation and learning to handle old challenges in new ways.

Quiet confidence is developing.

A deeper trust in yourself is emerging.

Every choice you make creates movement, and every movement shapes your life.

Your inner garden, nurtured over months, is beginning to bloom.

It’s not one way.

Some people will see more movement with one type of therapy over another, and it depends on the person.

We are multifaceted, all of these therapies work.

What we each individually need is specific to the person, the day, the time and their state of being.

Why do you do what you choose to do?

I’m choosing into this because one of my sons wants to go and the other son is willing to go even though he isn’t too excited about the ocean or horseback riding or parasailing.

I was sharing with a client about intestine exercise.

This is a wooden pillow. I bought it from Body and Brain.

This area of the body is like a 2nd brain and it’s important to help the blood flow and the fascia there to be hydrated and softened.

I do a 1000 intestinal exercises (tummy squeezes) each day.

Sometimes I place the curve of this wooden pillow above or below my navel and push it in and then use my stomach muscles to push it out.

More often I don’t use the pillow and just do tummy squeeze to help with regular bowel movements.

After a doing a Footzone I was energetically working with a client’s large intestine meridian.

I could tell that the energy wasn’t flowing well through a couple of the points and was showing her how she could work with it herself.

What’s cool is I could have chosen to use my microcurrent on the meridian points programming it specifically for the large intestine meridian.
