I had people asking bout my stretch rates at my new location. I did some checking on rates, and I’m also floored by some of the shock value many charge. I understand making a living, experience, skill, technique…. However - I understand affordability to continue care more regularly to maintain. I’ve had clients in the last few months complain to me for “sticker shock value” of cost increases for a service. Ive also watched clients come in far less, not renew, or cancel memberships across the board for places.

You’ve asked, I’ve listened, and the offices I’ve worked for, as well as want to make sure you receive care, I’ve locked in these rates - no “membership needed” - no overly bulk package for a “big savings” - just consistency.

*New client intro stretch $40 (intro to stretch 25 min session with 1st eval)*
$50 for 30 min session
4 pack of 30 min stretches = $190 ($47.50) a stretch.

That’s it! - want to buy 8? Same rate as 4 pack x 2.

Massages do include if requested some sports stretch work (if that is type of massage requested) - there will soon be an additional charge to add more FST/PNF stretch work to your session as well!

June is Men’s Health Month — a vital time to prioritize the physical and mental well-being of the men in our lives. This month also marks PTSD Awareness Month, shining a light on the invisible wounds many veterans carry after serving our country.
Men, especially veterans, often face unique pressures to ‘push through’ in silence. But seeking help for PTSD or other mental health challenges is a sign of strength, not weakness. Roughly 11-20% of veterans who served in recent conflicts like Iraq and Afghanistan experience PTSD, and effective treatments are available that can truly change lives.

To the veterans reading this: You are not alone. Your service mattered, and your healing matters too. Reach out — whether to the Veterans Crisis Line (dial 988 then press 1), a trusted friend, or a professional.
This June, let’s break the stigma around men’s mental health. Check on the men in your life, listen without judgment, and support organizations that help veterans heal. Small actions can save lives.

With Teacher Appreciation week, I offered a day of massages for the wonder teachers and staff here at a local Montessori preschool.

It’s a pleasure to set aside time to care for those who care for your loved ones.
