🌼HERBAL SPOTLIGHT: DANDELION ROOT🌼

Often overlooked as a backyard w**d, dandelion is a traditional herbal favorite with a long history of use.

Why Drink It?
Dandelion root tea is traditionally used to:
• Support healthy digestion
• Support normal urinary function
• Provide antioxidant plant compounds
• Enjoy as a naturally caffeine-free coffee alternative

How to Enjoy:
Steep roasted or dried dandelion root in hot water for a rich, earthy tea. Enjoy it plain or blend with herbs like ginger, cinnamon, peppermint, or a touch of honey for a little extra sweetness.

Who Can Enjoy It?
Generally suitable for healthy adults when enjoyed as a tea. Start with a small amount if you’re new to herbal teas.
