Our residents have had a busy week, and we’re only halfway there! From playing Candy Corn Ring Toss and Bingo Cup to enjoying nail care, shopping at Manor Market, and creating fun crafts, our residents have been making the most of every moment!

A special thank you to Tyler from Bristol Hospice for spending the day with our residents and helping them create the cutest little turkeys! 🦃 We appreciate you taking the time to bring smiles, creativity, and joy to our community!

Staff Education Is of the Utmost Importance!

This morning, our Dietary Team learned about different diets, food consistencies, why they’re important, and even how they taste! Understanding these differences helps ensure our residents receive the proper nutrition and care they deserve.

A big thank-you to our Wellness Coordinator, Shayla, and our Business Office Manager, Tayah, for taking the time to educate our staff and support our team in providing the best possible care for our residents!

Knowledge is key to providing exceptional care!

✨️SENIOR SPOTLIGHT✨️

Mr. Earl “Bun” Fleck has been a part of the Graystone Manor Huntingdon family for seven months, and we are so happy to have him here!

We thank him for his service during World War II and his dedication to our country. When he isn’t enjoying a cup of hot cocoa or getting his nails trimmed, you can find him socializing with staff, families, and fellow residents!

Bun loves sharing his war stories and talking about the seven ships he sailed on throughout the Pacific. His stories, experiences, and friendly personality make him such a special part of our Graystone family.

We are truly grateful that you chose Graystone Manor Huntingdon as your home, Bun! Thank you for sharing your stories and a piece of history with all of us. ❤️🇺🇸
