🌿

I want you to enjoy taking your “medicine” so you therefore become more consistent with your tinctures or teas 🥰

👉🏼Because herbs work best to support your vitality if you’re consistently using them and they get a chance to build up in your system ✨

Here’s a couple reasons why I love our Get Well Soon Elixir…. It’s really nice to have a simple four herb blend that so many people have come to love and rely on.

We always have a bottle for ourselves when feeling crappy randomly sneaks up. or if you have kids in school and it’s more frequent than you’d like.

I made 3 sizes to have more affordable options for people. But the 4oz bottle does offer the best price per ounce 🙌🏽

This is my simple hack to eliminate excuses (& time restraints) as to why I’m not drinking more tea throughout the day🍃

Drinking tea daily is so beneficial, and it really doesn’t matter what herbs you choose. But I do always encourage more gentle, sustainable, and delicious plants versus bitter ones… Bitter herbs are for tinctures in my opinion.

&&& YES- blossom tea will be making a comeback. I’ve been so overwhelmed with business stuff lately that I don’t have an exact date scheduled. But soon 🙈🫶 bc it really is the best tasting and most anti-inflammatory combo to date! (I’ve even had ladies say it helped clear their UTI’s which I never would have guessed it could be that strong!) 💪🏽

Hibiscus fruit: deeply hydrating and nourishing.
The anthocyanins, polyphenols and flavonoids are what combine to provide a metabolic shield to help protect our blood vessels from high pressure, high cholesterol & high sugar.

We need more plant magic to balance out our lives ❤️❤️❤️

Hey there, looking for volunteers to pick and peel Hibiscus for a couple hours this Thursday 🌺

Nice way to chat and catch up and do some of the easier farm work together. Come either morning or evening, just lmk which time frame works better for you.

Side note: I used to be super against asking for volunteers bc I want my business to be able to afford hiring people. Now I see it as a fun way to connect and build community, bc not many people have the luxury of sitting outside in a serene setting while enjoying the birdsong, drinking tea and having good company. Psh, I barely get to do that & it’s just out my back door!

Heads up, if we’ve never met IRL, I’m going to be hesitant with sharing my address with you. I’m old school and don’t trust the internet. So come out to one of my pop up markets and introduce yourself, so you’re not a stranger anymore :)

You can buy cheaper herbs, but at what cost?
A little pesticide residue?
Poor working conditions for the farmers?
Or my favorite- low quality tea that is so it’s old that there’s barely any plant medicine left when you finally make a cup of it! 🤣🤭😜

We believe quality herbs matters. That’s why we grow it ourselves- buying organic seeds & using organic fertilizers. Sprinkling in lots of love along the way.

Come and visit the farmers market this weekend in Jacksonville, Florida! It might be rainy, but we are under the highway and protected from rain ☔️ 😁

Available plants include snow peas, cilantro, arugula, sage, calendula, ashwagandha and (last call) holy basil.

You can pick any of these up Arts Market to take home and build your organic herb and veggie garden!

Eat well, feed the butterflies & spend more time outside 💚💚💚

Ya girl (me) needs to keep building this herb tribe!

Looking for creators who will make videos for herbs 🌹 I am not looking for BS/made up testimonials & I prefer it if you’ve already tried the product and just want a free refill in exchange for a video you made that I can post 🌱

Hit me up, plant friends 😘

Turning our sandy FL dirt into Living Soil! 🌱

I’ve found this method to be the easiest on my body and does the job of diverting lots of raw and useable materials away from the landfill.

Plus the worms love it! 🪱🐛
