A little life update. ❤️

For the last several years, I’ve been focused on building my career as a dietitian and achieving some major personal goals, including paying off my student loans.

I’m incredibly proud of everything I’ve accomplished.

But in the process, I put coaching on the back burner.

Not because I stopped loving it—I just didn’t have the time or energy to grow it into what I envisioned. I’ve still been coaching throughout the years, just on a much smaller scale.

The truth is, helping people become stronger, healthier, and more confident has always been the part that lights me up.

Even while building my clinical career, I knew deep down that coaching was my why.

So now, I’m intentionally shifting more of my focus back into growing my coaching business.

Thank you to everyone who’s supported me along the way. ❤️

And if you’ve been thinking about working with a coach, let’s chat- shoot me a DM!

I can’t tell you how many women I’ve met who want to look “toned”… while actively avoiding the thing that would help them get there. 👀

As a fitness coach, if I had one wish, it’s that women would stop thinking strength training makes them bulky.

I’ve been lifting consistently for over a decade, training hard, eating intentionally, and I’m still not exactly giving “big dawg” energy. 🐶😂

Building a significant amount of muscle takes YEARS of consistent training, adequate nutrition, progressive overload, and intentional effort.

The reality is that most women are far more likely to become stronger, healthier, more confident, and improve their body composition than they are to accidentally become “bulky.”

In fact, strength training is often the very thing that helps women achieve the lean, toned, strong physique they’re after.

Strength isn’t something to fear, it’s something to be proud of. 💪🏽

If you’re ready to stop chasing skinny and start building strength, DM me “STRONG.” 📩

I didn’t even realize I was doing this until I watched the video back 😂

Anyone else’s feet do this during upper body day?

We live in a society obsessed with shortcuts and instant gratification.

But lasting results are still built the same way they’ve always been.

Strength. Nutrition. Consistency.

That’s the formula.

To be fair, she’d be right. 😂💪🏼

At this point, fitness isn’t just a hobby anymore, it’s my career, my routine, and low-key my entire personality.

If you’re in a calorie deficit, you need to stop focusing on weight loss and start focusing on losing body fat.

Weight loss and fat loss are not the same thing.

If your main goal is weight loss, you’re likely focused on making the scale drop as fast as possible…. under eating, overdoing cardio, and sacrificing hard-earned muscle as a result.

Sure, the number on the scale will go down…
but you’ll just end up feeling smaller, flatter, and weaker.

Whereas, fat loss focuses on preserving muscle while reducing body fat, helping create the lean, defined look most people are actually after. 💪🏼

This is exactly why strength training and adequate protein intake matter so much during a fat loss phase.

The goal isn’t just to make the scale go down as quickly as possible.

The goal is to improve your body composition in a sustainable way.

A slower, more structured approach to fat loss will always lead to better long-term results than crash dieting and excessive cardio.

If you want help burning body fat, my coaching combines both training + nutrition to help you build results you can actually maintain long term.

Most people avoid the movements they’re worst at… then wonder why they never improve at them.

The exercises that challenge you the most are usually the ones exposing a weakness.

Avoiding that weakness won’t make it go away.

Your body adapts to what you repeatedly practice. That means strength, coordination, stability, and movement efficiency all improve through exposure and consistency, not avoidance.

So if there’s an exercise that humbles you, that’s probably the thing you need more of, not less.

After all, you don’t get stronger by staying in your comfort zone. You get stronger by challenging it. 💪🏼

If you’re tired of random workouts and want structure behind your training, apply for coaching through the link in my bio.

You don’t need to starve yourself or do hours of cardio to lose body fat before summer.

Most people are stuck in the cycle of:
- starting over every Monday
- cutting calories too low
- doing random workouts
- being “good” for a few days, then falling off

Sustainable fat loss comes from having structure and a plan you can actually stick to.

That means:
- strength training to build and maintain muscle
- adequate protein intake
- a realistic calorie deficit
- consistency over perfection
- habits that fit your actual lifestyle

As a dietitian and coach, my goal is to help you lose body fat while still fueling their body properly, building strength, and creating results you can actually maintain long term.

My 1:1 online coaching includes:
- customized training programming
- nutrition counseling + macronutrient goals
- accountability + weekly check-ins
- exercise form guidance
- adjustments based on your progress, schedule, and lifestyle

If you’re ready to stop guessing and finally follow a plan built for your goals and lifestyle, apply for coaching today —> www.tazzitraining.net/coaching 💪🏼

Strength training is about so much more than how you look…
it plays a huge factor in how well you age.

After 30, we can start to lose muscle if we’re not actively maintaining it, a condition known as sarcopenia.

At the same time, bone density can begin to decline, which increases the risk for fractures and conditions like osteoporosis.

Aging is inevitable… but how well you age isn’t.

Research shows those who regularly strength train are less likely to experience these later on in life:
- weak bones
- loss of strength + stability
- falls and fractures
- loss of independence

Why? Because strength training places stress on your body in a good way, helping you maintain muscle and even improve bone density as you age.

If you’ve been skipping the weights, it’s not too late to get started.
