Meet Grace! 🙌🏼

Grace is a Hot Pilates teacher at Sterling—she’s been teaching since last summer. ☀️

Her favorite thing about Sterling is the positive energy. “It’s one of those places where people genuinely want to be there and support each other.”

When she isn’t at Sterling, Grace stays busy as a student-athlete. “When I have free time, I like being with my boyfriend, family, and friends and just enjoying life outside of school and sports.” 🏀

Her advice for newcomers? “Don’t be intimidated. The workouts can be challenging, but they’re designed for all fitness levels, and our community is so supportive.” 🫶🏼

Meet Connor! 👋🏼

Connor has been coming to Sterling since last fall, and we’re glad to have him here!

His favorite thing about Sterling is that it allows him the space to mentally unplug for an hour. “Before, I mostly did weight lifting, which still required a lot of thought and planning. I like that I can always expect a full body workout while also feeling mentally recharged.”

His favorite class is vinyasa, because it feels like the sweet spot. “I feel like it is just challenging enough that I get a good workout and build flexibility, but also I don’t leave feeling wiped out. Pilates and sculpt are great, but they definitely keep me humble.”

When he isn’t at Sterling, Connor enjoys quiet time with his dogs, cooking something new, and spending time with friends. I also love traveling and music festivals when I get the chance! 🐶 🧑‍🍳 ✈️ 🎶
