🍂 Root and Radiate Day Retreat 🍂

Connect with the full moon in Ta**us with a day of intentional restoration.
The Full Moon in Ta**us brings a grounded, stabilizing energy that focuses on your physical comfort, material security, and connection to the senses. Because Ta**us is ruled by Venus, this lunation heavily highlights themes of self-worth, financial stability, romance, and slow, intentional growth.

Root and Radiate is a thoughtfully crafted mini retreat featuring qigong, restorative yoga, sound healing, and guided reflection. Led by two trusted leaders in the local wellness community, this experience offers the perfect blend of grounding and renewal as we transition into autumn. Come nourish your body, balance your energy, and connect with a supportive community.

Retreat Schedule, times are approximate :)

11:30am Introductions, Snacks & Tea

12pm Energy Cleanse & Intention Setting

12:30pm Qigong with McKenna: Ground, Release, Balance & Harmonize (~45 min)

These two leaders in the holistic community are thrilled to collaborate, bringing together Cowlitz County Metaphysics and Holos Yoga & Wellness Collective. With decades of combined experience with movement and energetic work, they welcome you to a day of grounding, renewal, and connection.

Please pre-register ahead of time, and reach out to either Mckenna or Shae with any questions.

There are still spots left for this powerfully guided shamanic journey. This session will be focused on connecting with our ancestors. These ceremonies are an honor to provide to this community, and we typically sell out quickly. This Thursday evening at 7:30 PM 🍁
