Last week, our Therapy Program Directors from across the Senior Living Division came together in Charlotte, NC, for the Synchrony Annual Program Director Meeting where we spent time growing, connecting, and strengthening the work we do every day for our residents and community partners!

Together, we dove into leadership, clinical excellence, team development, and regulatory best practices, all focused on delivering the very best outcomes in outpatient senior living.
