Our Rehab team hosted a special ice cream cart event, serving residents a variety of frozen favorites and creating opportunities for fun, conversation, and connection. Events like these remind us that meaningful care goes beyond therapy sessions and includes building joyful experiences every day.

🌟 Success Story Spotlight 🌟

We're celebrating a resident's incredible progress through therapy! After facing significant health challenges that left him unable to walk and experiencing severe discomfort, Mr. Bowman came to therapy determined to regain his independence.

Through hard work and dedication, he made remarkable strides toward his goals, gaining greater independence and the ability to do more of the things that he enjoys. Most importantly, he praised the therapy team for their excellent care and teamwork, sharing that the staff worked together to benefit every resident.

Last week, our Therapy Program Directors from across the Senior Living Division came together in Charlotte, NC, for the Synchrony Annual Program Director Meeting where we spent time growing, connecting, and strengthening the work we do every day for our residents and community partners!

Together, we dove into leadership, clinical excellence, team development, and regulatory best practices, all focused on delivering the very best outcomes in outpatient senior living. It was wonderful to see our directors learning and collaborating with Trilogy Health Services and Synchrony Rehab leadership, all united by a shared commitment to exceptional care and empowered teams.
