Our homes offer short term rehabilitation and skilled care, as well as long-term nursing care. We are locally operated and directly involved with the management at each home, lending our experience and support every day.

❤️ ClearView CARES for Those Who Care for Our Communities!

For Mental Health Awareness Month 💚, a few of our residents at Madisonville Health & Rehab spent the morning delivering donuts to first responders around Madisonville — a simple gesture of appreciation for the people who show up for our community every single day. 🍩🚒🚓

First responders are often there for us during some of life’s most difficult moments. The demands of that work can take a toll, which is why mental health awareness, support, and simply checking in on one another matter so much.

Our residents loved having the opportunity to brighten their day — although we’re pretty sure the highlight was watching the firefighters slide down the pole at the station! ❤️

Sometimes caring for our community starts with something as simple as showing up, saying thank you, and reminding others that their well-being matters, too.

🔥 100% occupancy calls for a celebration—even when Mother Nature turns up the heat! 🥩☀️

The temperatures may have been high, but that didn’t stop the ClearView team from firing up the grill at Sycamore Heights Health & Rehab and celebrating an incredible milestone: 100% occupancy! 🎉

Nothing says “job well done” quite like grilled steaks and a team worth celebrating. This milestone is a reflection of the hard work, great care, and commitment this team brings every single day.

🎶 “Pour myself a cup of ambition…” ☕💗

Our ClearView facilities had a little extra sparkle over the past week as many celebrated the life, music, and one-of-a-kind spirit of Dolly Parton — serving up “cups of ambition” to staff and residents, wearing plenty of pink, and singing along to some of her greatest hits. 🎤🎶

But beyond the music, so much of Dolly’s wisdom reflects what we see in our facilities every day. 🦋

✨ “Find out who you are and do it on purpose.”
For our caregivers, that purpose is found in caring for others and making a difference in someone’s day.

💗 “If you see someone without a smile, give ’em yours.”
Sometimes the smallest acts of kindness — a smile, a laugh, a song, or simply taking the time to be there — can mean the most.

Here’s to working hard, caring deeply, finding reasons to smile, and always adding a little more kindness — and sparkle — to the world around us. ✨

❤️ This is what ClearView CARES is all about.

When one of our own is facing a difficult season, we believe they should never have to face it alone.

For Felicia Morton, Medical Records Coordinator at River Grove Health & Rehab, a recent surgery brought challenges she wasn’t expecting—but it also reminded her just how much support surrounds her.

As a recent ClearView CARES Award recipient, Felicia shared:

“It is comforting to know that I work for an organization that cares about its employees and has a program like this in place when we need it most. Thank you from the bottom of my heart for your generosity, compassion, and support. I appreciate it more than you know.”

Felicia also shared how much the kindness and willingness of her coworkers to step in and help has meant during this time.

And that may be the most special part of ClearView CARES—it’s our people taking care of our people. ❤️

Every contribution, every act of kindness, and every person who chooses to support the ClearView CARES Foundation helps make stories like Felicia’s possible.

🩺 Building Skills. Building Confidence. Building Better Care.

Across ClearView Healthcare, our nursing teams have been putting their knowledge into action through interactive Skills Fairs!

From hands-on clinical stations and competency refreshers to creative themes and a little fun along the way, our nurses and CNAs are sharpening their skills, learning together, and building confidence in the care they provide every day.

One recent Green Acres Healthcare Skills Fair even took staff on a “Cruise Around the World” 🌎🚢 — complete with passports, themed destinations, food, and clinical skills stations along the way!

At ClearView, investing in our people is an investment in our residents. ❤️ No matter the theme, the destination is always the same: exceptional resident care.

🎉 Celebrating 90 Days of Leadership & Growth!

Congratulations to Dusty Hayden, Regional Director of Clinical Services, on reaching his 90-day milestone in his new role!

Dusty’s journey is a great example of something we’re incredibly proud of at ClearView Healthcare Management — growing our own. After serving as a Director of Nursing within one of our facilities, Dusty stepped into a regional leadership role where he now has the opportunity to share his experience, knowledge, and passion for quality care across multiple ClearView communities.

We believe some of our strongest leaders are already within our walls. By investing in our people, developing talent, and creating opportunities for advancement, we’re building a stronger ClearView from the inside out.
