You will learn what to expect after delivery, how to get breastfeeding off to a strong start, latch and positioning basics, newborn feeding behaviors, ways to support milk supply, and common early concerns! As Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month wraps up, we just want to say a huge thank you to Emily Green for sharing her wisdom and heart with our community this month.

From anxiety and overwhelm to identity shifts and the pressure modern moms carry, these conversations matter so much, and Emily helped make them feel approachable, honest, and supportive.

We’re really grateful for the space she created for moms to feel seen, understood, and a little less alone.

Thank you, Emily, for the work you do and for helping us bring more awareness to maternal mental health in our community.

So many mothers quietly carry the feeling that they are failing.

Failing because breastfeeding is hard.
Failing because they’re overwhelmed.
Failing because they don’t enjoy every moment.
Failing because they’re exhausted, touched out, anxious, or struggling to recognize themselves.

But motherhood was never meant to be carried in isolation or under impossible expectations.

The pressure to “do it all” perfectly can deeply affect maternal mental health, and so many parents are struggling silently under that weight.

This Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month, we want mothers to know:
You do not have to be perfect to be a good mother. Motherhood is both messy and beautiful, and we are here for all of it!

Supporting a new mom doesn’t have to mean having all the right words. 💛

Often, the most meaningful support looks like:
• checking in consistently
• bringing a meal
• helping with older children
• listening without trying to “fix” things
• reminding her she doesn’t have to do it all alone
• encouraging rest and asking how she’s really doing

The transition into parenthood can be beautiful AND incredibly overwhelming at the same time.

Small acts of support can make a huge difference in a mother’s mental health and wellbeing.

This Maternal Mental Health Awareness Month, let’s continue creating communities where parents feel seen, supported, and cared for.
