We celebrate Rep. Mark Pocan's Congressional team who was awarded the Alzheimer's Congressional Team of the Year award at AIM Advocacy Forum in Washington, D.C. this year. Fatou Ceesay, Lauren Ledbury, Jason Hiller and Darian Dalsen, congratulations and thank you for the important work you do advocating for Alzheimer's and dementia priorities.
