Been in the hospital since Sunday due to infection symptoms, pus coming out my central line, and been on IV antibiotics for the line infection. Had to have my central line removed due to that. Had some issues with IV lines over the past few days that caused arm swelling, redness, and pain. Waiting to be brought to get a new central line today.

From when was in the er, to just a few hours later after getting transferred, to today. It’s somewhat better. Less red and less swollen but still some of both. Pain has been a lot i had asked yesterday if the pain management could be increased or have palliative come by since I receive palliative care but nothing was really done. Today a new doctor was over and he agreed that some changes to help with pain were needed and the changes have helped more to a tolerate level.

Bad veins. Multiple attempts. Only one working. Had to remove my central line till this sepsis infection is cleared up.
