You trust me with your skin...but what do I do for mine?
For years I have struggled with hormonal acne, large pores, oily skin and so much post inflammatory hyperpigmentation.
Here's my routine treatment plan to maintain results, prevent damage, and keep my skin at it's best:

1. Microneedling - Every 6 weeks seasonally, I perform a medium depth session of microneedling on myself to best target the appearance of my pores and hyperpigmentation.

2. Alumier Radiant 20/10 Chemical Peel - This is my go to peel for myself because it truly does it all for my skin. The blend of lactic acid and salicylic acid targets pigmentation, texture, and congestion. Again, I use this seasonally about every 4 weeks as a series!

3. Blue LED Light - This is the step that keeps my skin at bay. Whenever I get the chance to lay under a LED panel I will never pass it up. The blue light calms any inflammation, kills acne causing bacteria, and just keeps my skin happy and balanced after all that manipulation.

4. Dermaplane Facial - I love adding this into my treatment plan on every facial I perform on myself as it removes that layer of vellus hair and dead skin cells, allowing my products to pe*****te SO much deeper!
