Meet our newest coach!!

Great way to teach NEW coaches how to coach!!
1. Split the class into 3 groups based on skill level.
2. The HEAD coach (me) leads one of the 3 groups.
3. The other two groups are turned away from me BUT have a NEW HEAD coach directing them through the exercises I’m leading.
4. Fighters hear me but have to watch their head coach.
5. Coaches see me but have to lead their fighters.
GREAT way to begin that leadership role and YOU get to make sure it is done safely and correctly!
* we did this for the microwarmup and the dynamic warmup THEN each group had their own set of strength/boxing/fine motor/ etc to teach and I moved around the room providing support!
